This notice supplements our general Privacy policy for people interested in work opportunities and cooperation in cleaning services.
2. What you provide and why
We process your name, email, message and, if provided, your phone number and CV. We assess relevant details of location, availability, experience and skills. The phone number and CV are optional in the form.
Attachments can be PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 5 MB. Please do not include identity document copies, national identity numbers or health information unless necessary for a specific process and explicitly requested.
3. Legal basis and use
We use data to handle your interest, communicate with you and prepare a potential employment or other contractual relationship at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Handling this request does not require marketing consent or consent to the optional map.
Sending the form does not itself mean a job offer or concluded contract. People decide on potential cooperation; the website does not automatically score applicants to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Retention and recipients
Data is needed while assessing your application and conducting the related selection process. Keeping it for future, unrelated opportunities is not an automatic consequence of submitting the form; that purpose and legal basis must be defined separately. If cooperation begins, relevant data is then processed under that relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Access may be provided to authorised recruiting staff and business email, hosting and IT providers as needed for their work. Technical website protection is described in the security and recipient sections of our Privacy policy.
5. Your rights and ending discussions
If you no longer wish to continue discussions or need to correct information, email office@mobohemia.cz and identify the relevant application.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing under the GDPR conditions. Our Privacy policy explains the procedure, response periods and the right to complain to the data protection authority.
